Plantation Expansion, Sector 2

The second sector consists of 104 Acres, originally part of the Dunbar Estate. Sector Two was purchased from the Byrd Family in 2012. Approximately 80 acres was planted with 44,000 long leaf seedlings in 2013. The remaining acreage is currently being evaluated for other farming revenue generating activities that best utilize the soil type and terrain.
